Last week we spent the morning helping Asda Tickled Pink & Coppafeel raise awareness and funds for breast cancer.
A terrifying statistic…Every 10 minutes in the UK, another woman is diagnosed with breast cancer. That’s why Asda Tickled Pink has supported the work of leading breast cancer charities since 1996.
Rosy and I spent all morning waxing some incredibly brave Asda male colleagues that put themselves forward to help raise funds for this wonderful charity which as i am sure you can imagine was quite a giggle ‘sorry, not sorry!’ we so lots of friendly and familiar faces during the morning which was great!

In all seriousness though, Asda and their staff have together raised over 82 million over the 27 years they have supported leading breast cancer charities – isn’t that amazing!
A charity close to my heart, myself and the BB girls are always keen to help with fundraising. There are heaps of ways you can help also. Whether you’re willing to offer up blood sweat and tears doing a sporting challenge or you fancy hosting a brunch, there are so many ways you can raise money and help give everyone the best possible chance of surviving breast cancer.

And remember CHECK YOUR BOOBS!! Getting to know what’s normal for your boobs is important so you can spot any unusual changes early. So it’s important to check your boobs regularly and see your GP if you notice a change.
